About Smart Health Global:
Smart Health Global is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access in remote communities of Nepal. We aim to provide better care to the people living in the remote area in an equitable manner by deploying the telehealth and mobile health project. We are seeking a volunteer project assistant for our digital health project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact on healthcare delivery in Nepal.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Health Science (BPH, B.Sc Nursing etc) 
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Priority will be given to experience in digital health projects and interest in digital health


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of the Digital Health project.
  • Daily tracking of telehealth services.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain digital health interventions.
  • Coordinate with health facilities for meetings and conduct meetings.
  • Support in managing and analyzing health data collected through digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and educational resources.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and discussions related to project progress.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting remote health education campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Documents.
  • Eager to learn new digital platforms and apps.
  • Skilled in Nepali typing.
  • Willingness to work remotely (work from home) and independently.
  • Must have access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
  • Availability of 16-20 hours per week to dedicate to project activities.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital platforms and tools.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Commitment to volunteering for a minimum of 4 months.
  • Strong interest in serving underserved communities in remote areas of Nepal.
