Bishwas is a Computer Engineer and an Erasmus Mundus scholar with 15 years of experience in developing digital solutions for various domains. His interest lies in solving real world problems using technology while keeping the users at the center of the solution. He has been pivotal in scaling two national-level digital health projects, showcasing a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight in advancing health care technologies for the service of under-served communities. He has experience in developing digital interventions for various projects in Asia, Africa, Central and South America. He has frequently volunteered with organisations in different countries.

Bishwas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University, and a joint Master of Science degree in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance from KU Leuven (Belgium), University of Munster (Germany) and TalTech (Estonia) under the prestigious Erasmus Mundus scholarship awarded by the European Union.

He believes health is a fundamental right and an equal approach in every quality health facility is mandatory for every human being. He is highly dedicated to global health community welfare. He is passionate about working for people who are financially backward. He has worked as a medical officer at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital for 1 year and currently serving as head incharge at Gaddachauki health desk Kanchanpur.

Yakindra is a Food Scientist, originally from Nepal, where he initiated his career as a Food Research Officer, serving the Government of Nepal for 13 years. He pursued his Master’s degree in Food Engineering at the Asian Institute of Technology, an experience that included time in Thailand and France. In 2013, Yakindra migrated to Australia to pursue a PhD in Food Science. His career spans over two decades, marked by significant contributions to research and development organisations, academia, FMCG, NFP, and government organisations with over 30 co-authored research articles, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Holding a graduate diploma in environmental health practice, Yakindra is dedicated to enhancing the health, well-being, and quality of lives of people in Australia and around the globe.

Dr. Adhiakri has over 30 years of R&D experience at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) with over 100 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and owns 28 patents (H index 40, citation > 9900). He is one of the co-inventors of Elast-Eon TM and NovoSorb and Synthetic Heart Valve biomedical platform technologies and an inventor of sprayable biodegradable polymer technology (TranspiratiOnal). He is an Adjunct Associate Professor, STEM Hub, RMIT University, and is a Global Research director of the Emotional Well-being Institute, Geneva.

He serves on the Board of the Eastern Volunteer (ev), Victoria Multicultural Commission (VMC), and Ethnic Community Council of Victoria Emerging Community (EECV), Victoria.

Birendra is active, hardworking, and self-motivated with learning desires and patience who believe in running after excellence rather than success. He has always been enthusiastic about learning new ideas that can change the life of common people. He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in Finance from Pokhara University and is pursuing an MBA from the School of Management Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His personal goal is to make a difference in the health and economic status of poor communities.

Yamuna is a compassionate public health professional who believes health is a fundamental right of every human being. She possesses a strong interest in improving the health of the community by strengthening the community health system. Yamuna believes that the disparities in health care among the rural societies can be improved by delivering accessible, affordable, and equitable health care services using advanced health care technologies. She also believes that comprehensive issues in public health require a human-centred design approach to solve problems and design solutions tailored to individual needs. She has experience in implementing community health programs and working with different stakeholders.

Yamuna studied Master in Public Health from Central Queensland University, Australia and her interests include community engagement, working with cross-cultural communities, research, and digital health and innovation.

Dipika pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health, specializing in Public Health Service Management at Pokhara University in Nepal. Her fervent dedication to research and unwavering commitment to providing public health services have consistently propelled her to success. Her diligent, ambitious, and highly dedicated approach to her work has been a driving force in her achievements.

Akila is a dedicated professional with an extensive experience in both clinical and digital health. With an undergraduate degree in dentistry, Akila acquired valuable hands-on experience in patient care and gained a deep understanding of healthcare systems. Transitioning into the role of a medical content analyst, Akila excelled in simplifying complex medical information for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Health, Akila is at the forefront of exploring how innovative technologies can enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Combining a solid foundation in clinical practice with advanced digital health expertise, Akila is committed to driving meaningful advancements in health technology and improving healthcare systems.
